Savi Baby Return Policy

Once the sealed medibottle package is opened, we will not accept returns. Product is guaranteed against workmanship only. We will accept the return of any "defective" part. Defective parts include items that do not fit, are broken upon delivery (you must contact us within 3 business days for receipt), or malfunctioning. Savi Baby will replace only individual parts as required.

For all returns, please contact us to receive an RMA number. Any item(s) returned without an RMA number (issued by Savi Baby) will be refused and sent back to sender.
