medibottle Medicine Compatibility List

medibottleThe following four (4) medications cannot be used in the medibottle as they are not compatible with proper sleeve tip function:

  1. CHILDRENS TYLENOL® Acetaminophen SUSPENSION and DROPS. (Note that TYLENOL® ELIXIR, which does not contain alcohol, works fine.) All other acetaminophen products tested to date work fine (i.e. TEMPRA®)
  2. Clarithromycin (BIAXIN®)
  3. Cefuroxime axetil (CEFTIN®)
  4. Nelfinavir powder

The following medications have been found to be compatible with proper sleeve tip function (all have been administered in US hospitals via the medibottle):
